Jennifer facilitates and oversees the hiring of WPS personnel. In addition, she coordinates collective bargaining and grievances for all unions, the transfer process for teachers, and the merit promotion process. Jennifer also serves as the Affirmative Action Officer and investigates complaints relating to equal opportunity

MARK BROPHY, DIRECTOR, INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL
Mark facilitates and oversees all instructional assistants, cafeteria, clerical, parent liaisons, ESL tutors, tradesmen, custodians, bus drivers and monitors, and nurses. He assists in collective bargaining and grievances for non-instructional personnel, and serves as the civil service administrator.

CHERYL DELSIGNORE, STAFFING AND MENTOR COORDINATOR
Cheryl conducts initial teaching applicant interviews and performs reference checks. She counsels applicants on licensure and helps direct staff to professional development opportunities. She also coordinates the teacher-mentor program and the District–Based Licensure Program.

RUTH NORDSTROM, HEAD CLERK/CONFIDENTIAL
Ruth prepares non-represented administrators’ individual contracts and transfer lists for teachers. She prepares and disseminates personnel bulletins and coordinates the teacher seniority list, the merit promotion endeavor, and requests for degree changes.

Cheryl prepares and processes paperwork for all new teachers, long-term substitutes and tutors. She processes teacher retirements and maintains teacher files.

SUSAN HAWKESWORTH, PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT CLERK/CONFIDENTIAL
Sue coordinates AESOP and the attendance for all personnel, assigns elementary day-by-day substitutes and processes paperwork for sick-leave buybacks. She coordinates and maintains the teacher sick-leave bank and the medical documentation of sick and maternity leaves.
